EMS Atlas reproduces the Massachusetts Statewide Treatment Protocols verbatim, with page-cited provenance. It is not the official source, it is not medical direction, and it is not a substitute for your training, your medical director, or online medical control. The official protocols published by MA DPH/OEMS govern.
An account is optional for reading protocols. Creating one requires a working email address; keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account is compromised.
Provider verification is a claim you make about your own certification. Submit only your own certification number and documents. False submissions end the account.
Joining an agency with an invite code adds you to that agency's roster. Agency admins see your name, email, and join date, and can remove you. Codes are the agency's to give out — don't share one you weren't given.
Agency-published tiles (numbers, links, documents) are the agency's content; take disputes about them to the agency.
Don't probe, overload, or interfere with the service; don't misrepresent who you are; don't use another person's account or codes.
Protocol text originates from public documents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The app's design, structure, indexing, and original reference material belong to EMS Atlas.
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMS Atlas is not liable for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, or damages arising from use of the app. Clinical judgment and the official protocols always control.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and continued use is acceptance. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service, or request account deletion, at any time.
