Report it from the app — every protocol screen has a report action, and shaking the phone opens the same channel with the screen you were on attached. Content errors are the priority queue. Include the protocol number if you are writing by email.
Verification is a manual review of the certification card you submit. Expect a response within a few days. A denial names the reason; resubmitting with a clearer photo is fine.
Agencies are provisioned by request, not self-service. A chief or director should email the address above from a service address. Members join an existing agency with an invite code from their admin, entered on the Account screen.
Account screen, Delete account. It removes your profile, your agency memberships, and any certification photo, then deletes the login itself. It cannot be undone. Email the address above if you would rather it be done for you.
